We performed copywriting for hundreds of products offered by the store in addition to general copywriting for information pages and the homepage. We also managed the pay-per-click program for this site, which was the initial source of most of the traffic.
In addition, we also conducted a search engine optimization campaign focused on achieving high rankings for keywords specific to products sold by the store (e.g., Civil War chess set, pewter chess set, electronic chess games, and so on).
During the time the site was live, it achieved a solid PR4 ranking and several first-page Google rankings for many of its specific, product related terms despite the fact that there are several established online players in this market.
